2020 - 2023
United Sodas first reached out to me in 2019 to design and build their Ecomm site - Since that initial project I became more ingrained in the day to day of the brand. Working closely with Center Design to help extend the original brand, I was the creative director until 2023. Working with every part of the brand, I helped guide multiple teams to create this beautiful brand.
E-Commerce Website
Our first priority, working together, was designing and building their Shopify ecommerce website. With a full suite of customizable product pages, sections, and a little bit of parallaxed illusion, we launched early 2020. The site was an immediate hit with customers and won Mobile Site of the Week on Awwwards.
The site had lots of fun ideas built into it such as Soda Specials, a monthly drop of special packaged flavors, and Sodascapes, a modern yule log to set the mood for a soda party. Sitting on the site for just a short period of time also reveals a DVD logo screensaver - one of many cheeky references to The Office.





Posters
An immediate challenge presented with a soda brand is how to keep the spirit alive without relying on photography. We wanted to keep the design-forward mentality and bring some new graphic language into the fold. I lead the design team to design out a full suite of new visual tools to extend their brand language.
This language was utilized as advertising, product drops, influencer kits. Rumor has it there's even woven blankets with these designs out there, for true collectors.










3d Rendering
After launch, the brand had many experiments under works that needed to be visualized. I developed a 3D pipeline to help turn ideas into images. This ranged anywhere from partnership labels to new products. When it came time to update the cans label, we were able to easily recreate our hero shots with new names, flavors, and pairings.
Throughout our time working with United Sodas, we've created oodles of images for ads, campaigns, and internal jokes. Here's a selection of 3D renderings made for the brand over the years of our partnership.

Burnt is a web3 foundry launching their own l1. I designed and built their digital brand ecosystem and launched creative projects to extend their audience.
In 2012, Brandon Iffert and I started making websites together. We have had the chance to build for some amazing clients of the last 10 years.
Desgin Gin is an 'American Modern' gin created by myself and Alex Levin in March of 2015. From a simple, semi-drunken misspelling, an idea was born to create a brand with and for fellow creative people. The work here is but a small segment of the work I've done with the brand.
In 2012, Brandie Gehan reached out to me to build an identity for her new tableware company. I worked as the creative director for the following 4 years, leading a team of 10 who were responsible for production and marketing.
